Art Murmur x Guftgu - Navigating Global Audiences
We are delighted to announce the release of the e-books as part of the “Art Murmur x Guftgu” series.
Art South Asia Project and Offset Projects have collaborated on the partnership “Art Murmur x Guftgu” to highlight contemporary publishing in the field of modern and contemporary South Asian visual and applied arts. Bringing perspectives from experts in the field, the programme seeks to throw light on new practices and solidarities through printed matter in the region. Featuring insights from specialists in the field, the programme includes panel discussions and accompanying written responses in the form of three E-Books designed by Sanket Jadia.
The programme is divided into three themes presenting an online panel discussion and publication for each theme, with specialists and practitioners in publishing in South Asia sharing insights and case studies to build a richer understanding of contemporary perspectives on printed matter in the region. The series brings to light the influences on contemporary publishing from the last 25 years, fostering solidarity and a sense of community among book makers across the region, while offering alternate models for current and future practitioners.
This programme is supported by Faizal and Shabana Foundation & QissaGoi.
