The Publication division at ASAP awards grants to institutions seeking to create educational publications that aim to advance the field of modern and contemporary South Asian fine and applied arts
The publication must be accessible to art professionals within the region along with educational institutions
Copies of the publication must be sent to ASAP for distribution to selected UK arts institutions
Publications created from the ASAP grant must be made available, for free, in a digital format
The publication can be focused on an artist or artist movement. ASAP will be more favourable to publications created with a variety of artists, academics and/or nations being discussed with the topic of South Asian fine and applied arts
The assigned peer to peer support will be dependent upon the application provided by the institution
Grants and opportunities for institutions seeking to develop educational programming and/or individuals/artists seeking to develop or learn the skills of art administration, art production and art management within the field of modern and contemporary South Asian visual art.
Grants and opportunities for institutions seeking to archive material relating to modern and contemporary visual art and/or to further develop their archival skills and knowledge.
Grants and opportunities for individuals within South Asian-led institutions, who are seeking to further educate themselves in the field of modern and contemporary South Asian visual art.
